Car

via Ulm

On the A7 autobahn, drive until the end, then take the tunnel beneath the border which will take you directly onto the toll-free A-Road B 179 towards Reutte. Exit the B 179 at the exit „Klause“ and park your car on the signposted parking lots.

via Munich

On the A 95 autobahn, drive until Oberau and the continue in direction of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From there, drive via Ehrwald towards Reutte. From Ehrwald, drive via Lermoos on the B 179 towards Reutte. Follow the signs highline179 & Burgenwelt Ehrenberg all the way to the parking lots. This route does not require a road tax disc!

from Switzerland

From Hohenems, drive along the A 14 autobahn to Bludenz. The route then continues through the Arlberg Road Tunnel to Zams, and then along the A 12 autobahn towards Innsbruck all the way to Imst. From Imst, continue in direction of Fern Pass / Reutte. Follow the signs highline179 & Burgenwelt Ehrenberg all the way to the parking lots.

from Italy

Via Bolzano drive along the A 22 autobahn towards Innsbruck and from there continue on the A 12 autobahn towards Bregenz. At Mötz, exit the autobahn and drive towards Fern Pass / Reutte. Follow the signs highline179 & Burgenwelt Ehrenberg all the way to the parking lots.
Distance from Bolzano: approx. 195 kilometres

Another option if coming from Italy is via the Reschen Pass, continuing towards Landeck – Imst – Fern Pass – Reutte. There is sufficient parking for cars & buses directly in the area of the exit to the Klause. Parking in the Burgenwelt Ehrenberg or Klause is fee-based.

In the immediate vicinity of the exit to the Ehrenberger Klause, there are ample parking spaces for cars and buses. The car parks at Burgenwelt Ehrenberg or Ehrenberger Klause are also available at a fee.
